Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and the review of your profile. They do not create a lawyer-client relationship: that begins only when the firm tells you in writing that it is acting for you.
What we do
We assess which work visa routes are realistically open to you, we prepare and lodge applications through the official channels of the authority that decides them, and we present profiles to employers who hold open mandates with us.
What we do not do
We do not decide your visa. Governments do. Nobody at this firm can influence, accelerate or guarantee a decision, and anyone who tells you otherwise — using our name or their own — is not telling you the truth.
We do not guarantee a job or a visa. We can tell you whether a route is open, what it requires and how long comparable cases have taken. We cannot promise an outcome, and we will not.
We do not charge you. Employers pay us when they hire you. We will never ask you for money at any stage, in any form. See who pays.
What we ask of you
That the information you give us is accurate. An immigration application built on an inaccurate answer can be refused, and a refusal follows you into every subsequent application in every country. If something in your history is complicated, tell us: complications are workable, surprises are not.
That you tell us when your circumstances change — a new qualification, an expired licence, a change of plan about moving.
Third-party costs
Some steps cost money and you pay the official body directly: tests, credential assessments, registrations, police clearances, medicals, translations and government fees. Those amounts are set by those bodies and change without notice. We tell you what a step costs and who charges it before you commit to it. See who pays.
Content on this site
We publish regulatory information with its source and the date we checked it. Immigration rules change frequently and sometimes without notice. Nothing on this site is legal advice for your situation: advice for your situation is what a lawyer gives you after reading your file.
Impersonation
We contact you only by email, from addresses ending in [email protected], and every genuine message shows your applicant number. We never initiate contact by WhatsApp. If someone contacts you claiming to be us, report it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your case has been handled, write to [email protected] first, with your applicant number. If we do not resolve it, you can take it to the regulator of the practitioner handling your file: the Law Society of New South Wales in Australia, the Law Society of Ontario in Canada, the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the United Kingdom, or the Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main in Germany. Each of those regulators takes complaints directly from the public. If your complaint is about your personal data, you can take it to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, where we are registered under 84903999.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Ley 478384, Art. 6, Inc. 7.
