What we collect, and when
When you answer the questions on our site: your profession, your preferred destination, your years of experience, your highest qualification, your English testing status and your availability to move. Your email address, at the last step, together with a record of your consent.
When you work through a module: the answers you give, each written to a named field in our profile schema. A module typically adds three or four fields.
If you choose the optional step after a module: your city, the number of dependants who would move with you, whether your CV is ready, and a phone number if you provide one. All four are optional and skipping them is recorded as a choice, not as a blank.
Automatically: a one-way hash of your IP address, kept as evidence of when and where you gave consent. We do not store your IP address itself. We also record which pages you visited and anonymous performance measurements, neither of which identifies you.
We do not collect: your name, your date of birth, your BVN, bank or card details, passport numbers, or any document, until a lawyer is actively working your case and asks you for it by email.
Why we hold it
To assess which immigration routes are realistically open to you, to send you material relevant to your profile, and to present your profile to an employer when one matches — with your knowledge.
Who sees it
Lawyers and analysts of the firm, through an access-controlled spreadsheet. Our email provider, to deliver messages to you. Our hosting and database provider. An employer, only in relation to a specific opportunity and only with your agreement.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with recruitment agents.
How long we keep it
Applicant records: 24 months from your last activity. Quiz sessions that never reached an email address: 7 days. Backups are kept for 35 days and then deleted automatically, including any copy of a record you have asked us to erase.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you registered with, and include your applicant number.

Cookies and measurement
Our own measurement layer does not set advertising cookies. The advertising on this site is served by Google Ad Manager, which does set cookies and similar identifiers of its own: we request non-personalised advertising, so those identifiers are used for frequency capping, reporting and fraud prevention rather than to build an advertising profile of you. Google’s use of that data is governed by its own policies, at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. When you reach this site from an advertisement, the platform that brought you here measures whether you went on to leave your email: that measurement uses Outbrain, which runs the advertising of Teads, and it tells them that someone who saw their advertisement registered, not who you are. Advertising platforms may also have set their own cookies before you arrived; those are governed by their policies, not ours.
Changes
Material changes are announced by email to everyone with an active file, not only posted here.
